30-Day Money Back Guarantee Level 8 Technology wants you to be completely satisfied with the products you order. If within 30 days of shipping you are not satisfied, you can return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA. A valid copy of your invoice or sales receipt is required for all returns. Please use our webform to obtain an RMA. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packing materials and accessories. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective product returns. Level 8 Technology also charges a 15% restocking fee on any product returns received that have not been issued the appropriate return authorization, or any products that are missing accessories or components. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping the product safely to our return facility, including any additional expenses incurred for packaging or postage. Authorized returns must be received within 15 calender days from RMA issuance date.

Substitutions

Special order items may take 7 to 12 business days before shipment. If any item in your order is back-ordered you will be notified concerning the expected ship date.
